Booking your pet's stay at Bonnievale Kennels is straightforward. Our online booking system guides you through the process in five simple steps. We recommend booking 2-3 weeks in advance, especially during peak holiday seasons.

How to Book

Choose Your Dates

Select your check-in and check-out dates. Our system shows real-time availability so you can find the perfect window for your pet's stay.

Add Your Pets

Enter your pet's details: breed, age, dietary needs, and any special requirements. You'll also need to confirm their vaccination status.

Select Services

Choose from our available services. From standard boarding to medication administration, we adjust the stay to suit your pet.

Review and Confirm

Check your booking summary: dates, pets, services, and total cost. Make sure everything looks right before proceeding.

Payment

Complete your booking with a secure online card payment via Yoco. You'll receive a confirmation email with all the details.

13:00 - 17:00 (Mon-Fri)

Weekends and public holidays by appointment only. Extended check-in times can be arranged by prior agreement.

Check-Out

By 11:00 (Mon-Fri)

Weekends and public holidays by appointment only. Late collections may be arranged in advance.

Good to Know

Book Early

We recommend booking 2-3 weeks ahead. During peak seasons (December, Easter, school holidays), availability fills up quickly.

Payment

We accept secure online card payments via Yoco. Payment is required to confirm your booking.

Credits Policy

Cancellations more than 24 hours before check-in receive a full credit. Within 24 hours, payment is forfeited. Credits do not expire. No cash refunds.
